Faceless by design.

Moderation is the work of keeping a live chat safe, welcoming, and on topic while the creator stays focused on the live. FancieSchmancie is a professional moderation brand built by a working mod with active clients across TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Epic, Kick, Twitch, Whatnot, Rumble, LinkedIn Live, Discord, X, Trovo, DLive, Vimeo Live, and Amazon Live.

A great moderator is the person you never notice. The chat stays clean, the creator stays in flow, and the audience feels welcome. That's the standard we hold, and the standard we teach.

Whether you want to learn it, hire it, or become it, you're in the right place.

Questions

Good questions, honest answers.

What does a moderator cost?

Every creator's lives are different, so packages are custom and built around your platforms and schedule. Email us about your lives and we'll send you a quote.

Which platforms do you cover?

TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Epic, Kick, Twitch, Whatnot, Rumble, LinkedIn Live, Discord, X, Trovo, DLive, Vimeo Live, and Amazon Live.

Do you need access to my account?

Not to moderate your chat. For that, you simply give us moderator permissions in your platform's own settings, and you can remove them at any time. If you would like us to answer your DMs or review your live analytics, we'll agree on exactly what access is needed in writing first, and we'll use your platform's team or role access whenever it is offered.

Is my first Live Review really free?

Yes. We join your live as a moderator, then send you a scored recap with clear, specific ways to improve.

When does the moderator training start?

The live sessions run Monday through Friday, between 12 and 2 PM ET. Email us to ask whether the lives are set and to get the start date.

What is DEP™?

DEP™ stands for Digital Engagement Producer. It is for creators who want a producer, not just a mod: chat management, audience strategy, sales support, and full live backend operations.
